Building Towards the Future Together...

Partnerships! Building Towards the Future Together...

The Dr. Noble Irwin Regional Healthcare Foundation Inc. along with the Oversight Committee- Southwest Health Care Project: Steering Committee includes Tom Flanagan, Wilf Parsons, Arden Erman & Duane Migowsky have come into a verbal agreement wherein, the Annual Lights for Life display seen each year at the Habitat for Healthcare will be shared with the Southwest Health Care Project in an attempt to assist them with fundraising opportunities for their new healthcare facility.  Much of the light displays have been secured in Maple Creek with the 40 foot Christmas tree/angel/lights remaining to be transported. All efforts in making the new healthcare facility a reality will be shared by the Foundation/staff including created materials, communications, development & programs. The Foundation appreciates the Volunteers and event sponsors who have shared with us the commitment in making Lights for Life: Illuminating the Spirit such a huge success over the years. Special thanks to Garth Melhoff, the Hutterian Brethren colonies, representing the cultural heritage of the area and our predecessors both living and no longer with us.

The Dr. Noble Irwin Regional Healthcare Foundation Inc., with our partner Stark & Marsh Chartered Accountants will host the Third Annual Lights for Life campaign Sunday December 6, 2009 to January 7, 2010.

Illuminated festival displays and festival displays under the technical direction of Garth Melhoff of Melhoff Electric (77) Ltd. represent gifts that have and will continue to improve the quality of healthcare in Southwest Saskatchewan. Tune your radios to 88.1 F.M. beginning at 7 P.M. for thirty-three (33) consecutive nights of CELEBRATION!

Lights for Life encourages the entire Southwest community to remember and honour their friends and family in a very special way. Participants are able to recognize individuals through their donations and will be acknowledged in the Lights for Life Tribute Book. With their generous contributions, they will not only be honoring one person, but will be investing in healthcare for all of Southwest Saskatchewan now and into the future.

Lights for Life donations may be given in memory, to honour someone you love, or to remember who cannot be at home this season, or to extend a simple season's greetings. Some may wish to give anonymously; your gift towards Lights for Life is important.

In honour of our Donors we were priviledged to have SCOTT TAYLOR-T S Metals Ltd.
Illuminate the Spirit of 2009 by lighting the 3rd Annual Lights for Lights campaign.

On any given day, about 8,000 members of the Canadian Forces-one third of our deployable force-are preparing for, engaged in, or returning from oversees missions throughout the world: Iraq, Afghanistan, Gulf of Aden, Kuwait, Sudan, Middle East, Congo, Darfur, Cyprus, Balkans and Korea. Far from family and friends, these dedicated men and women have limited access to the everyday comforts of being-back-home. Show your support by placing a Yellow Ribbon on one of the many festival trees.

You have a choice of sponsoring a light or display. With your generous contributions, you will not only be honoring one person, but it will also become a gift for all and is a true reflection on the real spirit of the holidays.

A charitable receipt will be issued for all donations and notification of your gift will be sent to the honoree or his/her family, both at home and abroad, if you wish.
